Introduction
Piemonte Chardonnay DOC encompasses all typical characteristics of our land: the patient harvesting of the grapes, the gentle pressing, the ageing in steel with periodic bâtonnage operations, and bottling from the spring following the harvest.
Features
Piemonte Chardonnay DOC taste is dry and fresh, with good acidity and a dry note.
The bouquet is made up of flowery and white-fruit notes, while the color spectrum blends into the classic straw-yellow with a hint of pale green.
Produced with the Piedmont Controlled Designation of Origin, this Piemonte Chardonnay DOC can add to its many merits the achievement of the Douja d’Or award for 2011.
