This Prosecco sparkling wine has a lively, memorable flavor. Originating from the Glera vines, it guarantees a delicate persistence on the palate, the result of a light aromaticity – the main feature of this particular grapevine – kept intact by its fermentation in pressure tanks with the method invented by Federico Martinotti.
This Prosecco DOC fine perlage comes through the bright straw-yellow color, shooting up the walls of the flûte to lose its physicality and then plunge into the nostrils in all its aromatic fragrance of citrus and ripe fruit.
The Controlled Designation of Origin combines the certainty of its origins with that of its flavor, offering a unique, one-off experience.
