Cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art machines and systems and highly advanced production techniques, in a production site of 95,000 sq. metres, are used to process our products.
There are two central themes in our work: tradition and invention. And there are two families of products stemming from these, with two production plants; although distinct and separate, each of them is a function of the other and each borrows techniques from the other. If certain innovative technologies have by now become consolidated on one side, they are used on the other as a futuristic avant-garde element. There are two bottling lines, and two cellar installations, with independent filters, tanks and autoclaves.
Skills and expertise have been well-honed over the years by invaluable workers who each day spend their lives creating our masterpieces with love and dedication – each worker with his or her own specialization.
In the 10,000-sq.m. warehouse, on tidy rows of coloured platforms our creations wait to be sent far and wide, along the thirteen loading ramps that open up to the world at large.
Because when it’s technique that makes the difference, we can do it.
The land means love and hard toil. It tells a story composed of the sweat of one’s brow generation after generation, of the desire to overcome the elements and the ability to defeat adversity. We dedicate to it all the care and attention which it deserves and which it needs so that it can gratify us with its most precious fruits.
Thanks to the incomparable work of our wine-growers, according to whom good wine is made in the vineyard and not manufactured in the cellar, we are carrying on this never-ending adventure!

300 hectares of wineries in all the UNESCO site core-zones of which we are proud to be part: Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo;
295 kilometres of rows, one alongside the other, from the top to the bottom and from the bottom to the top of the slopes, like a comb that is carefully carding our splendid hills;
700.000 metres of wire unwinding through the vineyard and running over the hills to support the thousands of vines;
27.900 hours each year in our vineyards tending our precious vines;
1.200 hours a year of steadfast hoeing, determined topdressing and stubborn ploughing;
3.200 imprints a day, one after the other, inexorably, left between the rows;
1.800 hours per year of cheerful tractor-rumblings.
