Costs and Delivery Time
Our products are handed in to UPS couriers within 48 hours from payment confirmation (Saturday and Sunday excluded)
Delivery is expected within 48 hours from courier pick up, excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which it may be necessary an extra day.
There could be delays due to bad weather, holidays, strikes, or hard to get to delivery areas.
Shipping costs depend on total weight of goods ordered and are applied as per the following price table:

Working days: Monday to Friday, national holidays and company closing days excluded.
The ordered products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer on the order form. Following site registration it will be possible to access the “My Account” area and manage from there all the addresses to which you want the products to be shipped. You can always track your order from your “My Account” section.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during office hours 8:30/12:30 – 14:00/17:30, national holidays excluded.
The moment your order is picked up by the courier you will receive an e-mail with a link to a site where you will be able to track your package, from pick up to actual delivery.
Delivery is to be considered final once it is made available to the Customer at the address specified on the order form.
Upon delivery the Customer must check carefully that:
a) Packaging was not damaged or broken
b) The number of pieces indicated on the transport papers are indeed being delivered
Damage to packaging or to the products, or a difference in number of items from transport papers must be immediately indicated on the delivery receipt by the Customer and communicated to Bosca through Customer Service specifying the order number for which such problem happened.
