Bosca Underground Cathedrals

UNESCO World Heritage Site

Come and visit our ancient cellars in the old town of Canelli, in Via G.B. Giuliani 23! They have become known as the Underground Cathedrals for the magnificence of their spaces and of their impressive vaults. Our cellars are the most important witness of our wine-making tradition and culture which in 2014 UNESCO recognized as its 50th Italian World Heritage Site as part of the Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato.
To make the visit a unique and unforgettable emotion, in 2015 we enriched them with a permanent installation of lights and music. Visitors will be guided by intriguing tales of lights and sounds leading them to unexpected discoveries.
