Bosca ships throughout Italy and is constantly engaged with the main national express couriers to ensure the best service in terms of timing, delivery guarantee and Customer service.
Shipping Cost and Time
Products are entrusted to the UPS courier within 48 hours after payment confirmation at the latest (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).
Delivery is expected within 48 hours of courier pickup, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which an additional day may be required.
Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, holidays, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the goods ordered and are applied as shown in the following table:

Mode of delivery
Ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the site it will be possible to access the reserved section "My Account" and manage from here an address book to which to have their orders delivered. The status of the order will always be available in the "My Account" section.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during office hours 8:30/12:30 - 14:00/17:30 , excluding national holidays.
The moment the order is delivered to the express courier, an e-mail will be sent containing a link to check the path of your package, from the courier's takeover to the actual delivery.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier assigned by Bosca, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
a) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered.
b) That the number of pieces being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and products, or mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately indicated by the Customer on the delivery receipt and reported to Bosca through Customer Service specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred.
