Bosca ships throughout Italy and is constantly working with the main national express couriers to guarantee the best service in terms of timing, guaranteed delivery and customer service.
Shipping Costs and Times
The products are handed over to the UPS courier within 48 hours of payment confirmation (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).
Delivery is expected within 48 hours from collection by the courier, with the exception of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia where an extra day may be required.
Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, public holidays, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the goods ordered and are applied as indicated in the following table:

Methods of delivery
The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer on the order form. By registering on the site, you will be able to access the reserved "My Account" section and manage a list of addresses to which you can send your orders. The status of your order will always be available in the "My Account" section.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during office hours 8:30/12:30 - 14:00/17:30, excluding public holidays.
When your order is handed over to the express courier, you will be sent an e-mail containing a link to check the progress of your parcel, from the time it is picked up by the courier until it is actually delivered.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Bosca, the Customer is required to carefully check:
a) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered.
b) That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and products, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately indicated by the Customer on the delivery receipt and communicated to Bosca through the Customer Service specifying the order for which such mishaps occurred.
