How can I buy BOSCA’s products?
- Enter BOSCA website and read the descriptions and characteristics of all the products. Once you selected the product/s, click on “Buy”.
- If you are already registered on BOSCA’S website, please Log in or otherwise enter required data for invoicing.
- Insert an address if different from the one of invoicing.
- If you have a coupon, enter it in the space provided and click on “use the promotion code”.
- Select the method of payment (for methods of payment please go to faq)
- Please specify any special request in the notes.
- Close your purchase transaction by clicking on “Place your order”.
- Once the order is registered, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail in your e-mail box.
By following these simple directions, you should be able to autonomously execute the operation. Are products always available?
Any product on sale on the website is generally available.
BOSCA restocks its warehouse on a regular basis, so you can purchase the quantity of bottles that you prefer.
Do product prices include VAT?
All website prices include VAT.
Is there a limit for the number of bottles to be purchased?
As a matter of fact just one limit does exist: the minimum quantity which can be ordered is a box containing 6 bottles and multiples thereto. As many boxes as you like can be purchased in the same order. You can decide the contents of the box: even one bottle for each type on sale can be selected, provided that the total of the purchased bottles is either 6 or one of its multiples (12 bottles, 18 bottles, 24,…).
There is no limited quantity to be ordered. In case of large quantities purchased, we guarantee that the delivery will take place within a 7 working days.
Can orders be of several products of different type?
Of course, your purchase can comprise the products you want. Our company allows you to compose your order the way you prefer with no limited types of products. The minimum quantity which can be ordered is a box containing 6 bottles or multiples thereto (i.e. 12 bottles or 18 bottles…)
How long do promotions and offers last?
Their duration is indicated in the central banners.
How can I use discount codes?
Codes shall be entered in the ‘add to the chart’ page before closing the order.
The total price will be automatically calculated based on the discount.
Promotional codes to purchase on line can be used only for products being part of a promotion or a campaign; please check if the promotion linked to the code you are entering is still available. Promotion codes cannot be added to other available promotions or offers.
Which are the methods of payment accepted?
Payments can be made by:
- PayPal bank account
- Credit cards by PayPal
These are secure methods of payment, being a guarantee both for you and for BOSCA.
All financial details provided for transactions shall be sent, through a cryptographic protocol, to BOSCA’s partner banks offering e-distance payment services, with no access to third parties.
What about delivery timing?
Products are given to courier within 48 hours after the payment has been confirmed (Saturday and Sunday excluded).
The delivery shall be made within 48 hours from courier pick up; Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia being excluded, as one additional day may be required.
Delivery delays may occur due to bad weather, bank holidays, strikes and difficult delivery areas.
What type of packaging is used to ship bottles?
Bottles are shipped in a 6 bottle polystyrene specific and shock resistant packaging, approved by both domestic and foreign couriers.
Could my underage child collect your parcels?
Sorry but according to rules governing the purchase of wine and spirits, BOSCA cannot sell wine and spirits to people under 18, and the person in charge of receiving shipped goods by BOSCA shall be at least 18 years old. Our e-commerce website is allowed to people over 18 only.
Is it possible to ship the goods to an address different that the one specified on the invoice or even to a friend?
Of course, in the purchase agreement a different shipping address can be specified.
Is shipping concerning only Italy or also foreign countries?
Right now Italy is the only shipping market.
Could you specify the shipping costs?
They depend on the total weight of the ordered goods and can be applied as in the table here below:

Can I track my order?
Of course. If you want to be updated on the shipping status, go on BOSCA’s UPS courier WebTracking service (https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=it_IT) by entering the delivery Id in the delivery confirmation e-mail or SMS.
In case of broken goods, what can I do?
The courier shall be considered liable for any damaged delivered goods, as all products are checked by BOSCA before being packed in the best appropriate way for shipping.
The Customer upon reception of the goods shall check the goods integrity. Should the courier deliver visibly damaged parcels, broken or stained due to broken bottle spillage, this shall be specified on the receipt and the Customer shall reject the shipping and return the sender all the goods. Should the shipping consist of several parcels and not all of them are damaged, the Customer shall reject only the damaged parcel and return it to the sender by signing the bill of courier specifying “Subject to” and specifying the number of parcels which have not been collected. And the reason why (i.e. “2 parcels not collected as damaged”).
What should I do in case of defective products?
In case of defective products due to unsatisfactory conditions preventing its consumption (i.e. smell of cork or other significant organoleptic flaws) a Non Conformity Product Procedure shall be started. Here following the requirements to comply with:
Please seal the defective bottle as soon as possible, in order to preserve the Non Conformity Product features, and keep the bottle.

BOSCA will be glad to send the courier to collect the defective product at its own expenses.
BOSCA’s Quality Department will timely inspect the product and will fill in the Non Conformity Product report with the test analysis results. In case your claim is confirmed we will replace the returned product with no added costs.
In case it would be impossible to replace the product, we will refund the paid amount.
How can I remove my name from the newsletter?
We would be very sorry if you really wanted your name to be removed from BOSCA’s newsletter as you would not receive BOSCA’s e-mail offers anymore. Please go to the bottom of the Newsletters in your mail box and click on “Unsubscribe”. In case you want to subscribe again, you can click on “Subscribe”, at the bottom of BOSCA’s website homepage.
