With these simple instructions you should have a clear idea of the entire purchasing process so that you can proceed independently, but if you still have doubts or need suggestions, we are always at your disposal, by e-mail at shop@www.bosca.it or by phone at (+39) 0141 967737 during office hours (Mon-Fri 8:30/12:30 - 14:00/17:30).
All products sold on the site are normally in stock.
Bosca replenishes its stock periodically, so you can buy as many bottles as you like.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Inreality there is only one constraint: the minimum quantity that can be ordered is a box with 3 bottles and you can order as many boxes of 3 bottles as you like in the same order. The content of the boxes is up to you: you can also choose one bottle per type from those on sale, as long as the total number of bottles purchased is 3 or one of its multiples (6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12,...).
There is no limit to the maximum quantity. In the case of large purchases, we guarantee delivery within 7 working days.
Of course, you can compose your purchase as you wish. We give you the possibility to form your order as you like without any constraints of product type. The only limit is to place a minimum order of 3 bottles or multiples of 3 (e.g. 6 bottles or 9 bottles...).
Promotion & Payment
The duration of promotions is indicated in the central banners.
Discount codes must be entered on the shopping cart page before concluding the order.
The total price will be automatically recalculated according to the amount of the discount.
Promotion codes for online shopping can only be used for products that are part of a promotion or campaign; please check if the promotion linked to your code is still running. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and offers.

These payment methods are the most secure and provide the best protection for both you and us.
All financial information required for the transaction will be transmitted, via encrypted protocol, to our partner banking institutions that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it.
The products will be handed over to the courier within 48 hours of payment confirmation (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).
Delivery is expected within 48 hours from collection by the courier, with the exception of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia where an extra day may be required.
Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, public holidays, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas.
The bottles are shipped inside a 3-bottle polystyrene packaging, specific and shock-resistant and approved by all Italian and foreign couriers.
No, in compliance with the laws in force regarding the purchase of wine and spirits, Bosca does not sell wine and spirits to people who are under 18 years of age and the person who will receive the shipment from Bosca must also be of age. The use of our e-commerce site is also reserved for people over 18 years of age.

Yes, in the order process you are given the possibility to specify a different shipping address than the billing address.
For the time being, shipping is only possible in Italy.

Of course. If you wish to be kept up-to-date on the status of your shipment, you can do so independently through the WebTracking Service of our courier UPS (https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=it_IT) using the shipment ID received in the e-mail or SMS confirming the shipment.
The liability for damaged goods is borne by the carrier, as the products are carefully checked by us before being packed and packaged in a manner appropriate to the type of transport. However, once the goods have been accepted, we are no longer able to claim against the carrier.
In the event that the courier delivers you parcels that are visibly damaged, broken, or stained by the spillage of wine from any broken bottles, please return the shipment to the sender and we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. If the shipment consists of several packages and not all of them are damaged, in this case please return the damaged package to the sender, signing the courier's delivery note "Con Riserva" and indicating the number of uncollected packages. And the reason (e.g. "2 packages not collected because damaged").
If, when tasting one of our products, you find defects that make consumption unsatisfactory (hint of corkage or other organoleptic defects), you must open a Product Non-Compliance Procedure. The necessary steps are as follows:
Please seal the defective bottle as soon as possible, in order to preserve the characteristics you found, and store the bottle.
Report your findings to our staff by e-mail at shop@www.bosca.it or contact us during office hours (Mon-Fri 8:30/12:30 - 14:00/18:00) on 0141 967711
We will send you a courier at our expense to collect the defective product.
Our Quality Department will promptly check the product and draw up a non-conformity report with the results of the analysis. If your report is confirmed, we will replace the returned product at no additional charge.
If it is not possible to replace the product, we will refund the relative amount.
