With these simple directions you should be clear about the entire purchasing process so that you can proceed on your own, but if you still have doubts or need suggestions, we are always at your disposal, either by e-mail at shop@www.bosca.it or by phone at (+39) 0141 967737 during office hours (Mon-Fri 8:30/12:30 -14:00/17:30).
All products sold on the site are usually in stock.
Bosca restocks its inventory periodically so you can purchase the quantity of bottles you prefer.
All prices on the site are VAT Included.
There is actually only one constraint: the minimum quantity that can be ordered is a box with 3 bottles, and you can order as many boxes of 3 bottles as you like in the same order. The content of the boxes is up to you: you can also choose one bottle per type from those on sale, as long as the total number of bottles purchased is 3 or one of its multiples (6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12,...).
As for the maximum quantity, there is no limit. In case of purchasing large quantities, we guarantee that shipment will be within 7 working days.
Certainly, you can compose your purchase as you wish. We give you the opportunity to form your order as you like without any constraints of product type. The only limitation is to formulate the minimum order from 3 bottles or multiples of 3 (e.g. 6 bottles or 9 bottles...)
Promotion & Payment
The duration of promotions is indicated in the central banners.
Discount codes must be entered on the shopping cart page before finalizing the order.
The total price will be automatically recalculated based on the amount of the discount.
Promotional codes for buying online can only be used for products that are part of a promotion or campaign; check to see if the promotion linked to your code is still running. Promotional codes also cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions and offers.

All financial information required for the transaction will be transmitted, via encrypted protocol, to our partner banking institutions that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it.
Products are entrusted to the courier within a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation of payment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Delivery is expected within 48 hours of courier pickup, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which an additional day may be required.
Delays in delivery may occur due to bad weather, holidays, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas.

The use of our e-commerce site is also restricted to persons over the age of 18.

For the time being, shipping is planned only in Italy.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the goods ordered and apply as shown in the following table:

Of course. If you wish to be updated on the status of your shipment, you can do so completely independently through the WebTracking Service of our courier UPS (https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=it_IT) using the shipment ID received in the e-mail or SMS confirming the shipment.
Responsibility for goods delivered damaged falls to the courier as the products are meticulously inspected by us before being placed in the package and packaged in a manner appropriate to the type of transport. Once the goods have been accepted, however, we are no longer in a position to retaliate against the carrier.
In the event that the courier delivers parcels to you that are visibly damaged, broken, or stained by the spillage of wine from any broken bottles, please return the shipment to the sender and we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. If the shipment was of multiple packages and not all of them were damaged, in this case please reject the damaged package back to the sender, signing the courier's note "With Reserve" and indicating the number of uncollected packages. And the reason (e.g. "Not picked up 2 parcels because damaged").
If in tasting one of our products you find defects that make its consumption unsatisfactory (hint of corkiness or other organoleptic defects) it will be necessary to open a Product Nonconformity Procedure. We indicate below the necessary steps:
Please seal the defective bottle as soon as possible, in order to preserve the characteristics you found, and store the bottle
Report what you have detected to our staff by e-mail at shop@www.bosca.it or contact us during office hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.) at 0141 967711
We will be happy to send you the courier at our charge to pick up the defective product.
Our Quality Department will promptly check the product and draw up a Non Conformity report with the result of the analysis. If your report is confirmed, we will replace the returned product at no additional charge.
If it is not possible to replace the product, we will refund the relevant amount.
