You mostly remember the little things about your father. The nasal accent of his laughter. His habit of always leaving a single grain of pasta on his plate, his passion for shoe polish, and his favorite wine color. "I like Sunday lunches," he suddenly says. "What about you, dad?"

Alta Langa DOCG

Classic Method Brut Millesimato

If the grapes are only Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay, if the aging on the lees lasts at least 30 months, if it is always single-vintaged, if the terroir comprises the hills of some villages in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria. Then it is an Alta Langa D.O.C.G.
