To transform a place into a monument or a wine into a masterpiece, tenacity isn’t enough. It takes intuition, courage, and creativity. The diligent ability to be amazed, and to amaze. Just like Luigi Bosca did in the mid-1800s.
SNAPSHOT
You started off talking.. Dense thick. Intensely. Calmly, sweetly, sincerely. During the journey you looked around, welcoming everything in amazement: the shade of the foliage, the bushes on either side of the path, the slate roof of a farmhouse. And now that you’re back home, you long for that feeling of authenticity. Thus you uncork a bottle of Gran Cattedrale.
Gran Cattedrale
Traditional Method Brut
Our Traditional Method sparkling wine is not aged in a simple cellar, but in a unique place of rare beauty. It’s one of the four Underground Cathedrals recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2014. Bosca’s is the oldest, and the largest: it’s the Grand Cathedral of Canelli.
